Robinwood Park has a limit of 135 full time members, who pay annual dues ($800 for the 2023 membership year) which cover the period May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. We also offer a limited use winter membership, limited to 10 members. See bylaws for details.
Full membership allows year-round access to the property, use of club cabins (or one of the private cabins if so affiliated), and free access for their spouse and children (under 18 years old, in school, or in the military). Several “restricted” winter-snowmobile or associate memberships are also available to friends or family of full-time members. All members and quests are expected to read and adhere to club by-laws, respect the rights and property of other members, and steward the forest lands that we own or lease from Lyme. In 2010 the club completed a purchase, with a partner, of 4100 acres of previously leased lands from Lyme Timber. This is the acreage beyond the lakes. Members were encouraged to purchase units of Sabattis LLC at $500 per unit, or full shares (10 units) equal to $5000 to pay for the acreage. All available shares/units have been sold as of 2022. The only way for a member/person to purchase these now is if a current unit/shareholder wishes to sell them. Ownership of a share entitles the member/shareholder to voting rights regarding the Sabattis LLC property.
